Pay later (debts), wallet and referral program

Turn on pay later

1. Open Settings → Checkout. Tick Allow customers to owe part of a sale, optionally set Max debt per customer and choose who may give it. Save.
2. At checkout choose the customer, take any part of the payment, then choose Pay later (owing) for the rest. A walk-in can't owe money.

See and collect debts

1. Customers & members → Debts lists everyone who owes: search, sort, Export CSV.
2. Open a customer → Pay back (cash, card, transfer) or Pay from wallet. Print the repayment receipt.
3. The money counts on the day it is paid back. Only the owner can Write off.

Referral program

1. Settings → Marketing: rewards for the referrer and the new customer, when to reward, limits.
2. Every customer has a referral code and QR (profile → Wallet). At checkout or when adding a new customer, type the code, scan the QR or enter the referrer's phone.
