Your data stays yours
To recognise the columns we only send the column headers and about 20 sample rows to the AI. The full file is processed by Senvia's own servers, and nothing is saved before you confirm.
Questions about moving
What if the AI is not sure about a column?
It does not guess. The column is listed as not recognised and set to “Don't import”; you can choose the right field yourself.
Can I undo an import?
Yes, for 7 days — unless the imported records were used since, for example in a sale or a booking.
What happens to prepaid packages and stored value?
They become the customer's balances in Senvia POS, each with the note “imported from the old system”, so the history stays clear.
What about duplicates?
Customers are matched by phone and e-mail with the ones you already have. You choose to skip them, fill empty fields or overwrite.
Does it cost extra?
No. The import with AI column matching is included in every plan (with a fair daily limit).
