1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Senvia POS (the "Service"), provided by [Company legal name], [registered address] ("we", "us").

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business.

3. Free trial and subscription

  • New accounts get a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Payments from your customers

Card payments you take from your own customers are processed by Stripe on your own Stripe account. We are not a party to those payments and never hold your customers' money. Stripe's own terms apply.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service (customers, sales, bookings). You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited messages without consent, or to try to break or overload it.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce functionality you pay for.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or remain unpaid, after notice. You can export your data for 30 days after closure.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country/state]. Contact: [email].
