Pricing & free trial

How much does Senvia POS cost?

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars: Base $25.90 / month; Full $49.90 / month. Your first branch is included; each additional branch is $30 / month. All prices are on the pricing page and come straight from our live price list.

Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?

Yes — a 30-day free trial with no credit card needed. Add a payment method in Plan & billing only when you decide to continue.

What is the difference between the plans?

Base: Everything to run your shop: POS, appointments, customers, packages & memberships, inventory, WhatsApp, reports, team & roles and the AI assistant. Full: Everything on: all of Base plus customer subscriptions (automatic monthly billing), staff attendance & clock-in, your professional website & online shop, automatic payroll and the supplier system.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract. Cancel in Plan & billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your data is never deleted because a payment failed.

Which currency am I billed in?

Your Senvia subscription is billed by Stripe in US dollars; your bank converts it if your card is in another currency. Your shop itself sells in your local currency, with the tax classes you set.

Getting started

Do I need special hardware?

No. Senvia POS runs on an iPad or Android tablet, a phone or any computer browser. Keep your existing card terminal and receipt printer.

Which devices and apps are there?

A native app for iPad / iPhone and Android (counter tablets and phones, with app lock and Face ID / fingerprint), plus the full web app in any modern browser.

Does it work offline?

Senvia POS is a cloud system and needs an internet connection to sell. It is offline-safe: if the Wi-Fi drops, the app tells you at once and never takes or queues a payment twice — so you can switch to your phone's hotspot and carry on.

Can I import my data from my current system?

Yes. Import customers, packages, points and stored credit from Excel or CSV — most systems can export these. The AI assistant maps your columns and shows problems before anything is saved. See the switching guide on /migrate.

How long does it take to set up?

Signing up takes a couple of minutes. A setup wizard then walks you through services, prices, staff and opening hours, or you import them from a spreadsheet.

Is Senvia POS available in Chinese?

Yes. The whole app, your booking website and customer messages are available in English and Simplified Chinese (简体中文), and each staff member can pick their language.

Can I run several branches?

Yes. Each branch has its own hours, team, rooms and stock, and you decide what branches share (customers, catalogue, prices, packages, stored value, staff). The first branch is included; each additional branch is $30 / month.

Payments & Stripe

How do I take payments from customers?

At the counter: cash, your card terminal, bank transfer, stored credit and any payment method you add yourself (for example a QR code or e-wallet), with split payments. Online: card payments, deposits and memberships through your own Stripe account.

Does Senvia connect to my card terminal?

No. You keep using your bank's or provider's terminal; the cashier records the card payment in the POS so the daily close and reports match.

Who holds the money from online payments?

You do. Online payments go to your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates and are paid out by Stripe to your bank. Senvia never holds your customers' money.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No percentage of your sales. The only fee on customer payments is a small fixed service fee on recurring membership charges (next question).

Memberships & subscriptions

How does membership / subscription billing work?

On the Full plan you sell monthly plans for services, packages or memberships. Customers sign up online or at the counter, and their card is charged automatically every month through your own Stripe account; plan changes are prorated.

Is there a service fee on membership payments?

Yes. For each successful recurring membership charge Senvia charges a fixed service fee: USD 1.00 · AUD 1.00 · EUR 1.00 · GBP 1.00 · HKD 2.00 · MYR 1.00 · SGD 1.00 (other currencies: USD 1.00 converted at the daily rate). It is deducted by Stripe from that payment, is not refunded when you refund a customer, and Stripe's own fees are separate.

Can I sell prepaid packages, stored value and track debts?

Yes. Multi-session packages with expiry dates, stored-value top-ups with bonus credit, a customer wallet, money owed (debt) tracking and referrals — every balance has its own ledger.

How are commission and payroll handled?

Commission rules by service, product, package and staff level are included. Automatic payroll (wages and commission calculated from sales, payslips, approval) is part of the Full plan or a $5.90 / month add-on.

Booking, website & messages

Can customers book online?

Yes, 24/7 on your own booking website with live availability. You can ask for a deposit on your own Stripe account, and customers can reschedule or cancel from their confirmation link within your rules.

Do I get a website?

The website builder (templates for salons, barbers, spas, nails and clinics, with booking, a member area and an online shop) is included in the Full plan or available as a $10.90 / month add-on. Use a free subdomain or your own domain.

Does Senvia send WhatsApp reminders?

Booking confirmations and reminders go out by e-mail with no setup. In addition, the free "WhatsApp assistive reminders" can send the booking confirmation and the appointment reminder from your own WhatsApp number, linked like WhatsApp Web. It is an assistive feature, not a bulk-messaging tool: messages go one by one in the daytime with a daily limit, and anything that can't be sent falls back to e-mail.

Can I send marketing messages?

Yes, e-mail campaigns and automations to customers who agreed to receive offers. You can also open a WhatsApp chat with a customer in one tap and send a message yourself.

Security, company & support

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit, backed up daily and separated from every other business. Roles and permissions control who sees what, sensitive actions are kept in an audit log, and you can export your data at any time.

Who makes Senvia POS and where is it available?

Senvia POS is developed by HS Commerce Sdn Bhd in Malaysia and serves salons and spas in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, the UK & Europe and the US & Canada. It works anywhere with an internet connection; online payments need a country supported by Stripe.

What support do I get?

A searchable help centre, the in-app Senvia assistant for how-to questions, and our team by e-mail ([email protected]). You can also book a free demo.
