Locations (branches), opening hours and tax

Change opening hours

1. Open Settings → Locations (owner only).
2. Click the location you want to change.
3. Under Opening hours set each day to Open or Closed and enter the times. Copy Monday to all open days copies Monday's times.
4. Press Save. Customers can only be booked inside opening hours.

Add a location (branch)

1. In Locations press Add location.
2. Enter Location name and Address, then save.
3. Each location has its own hours, time zone, tax and checkout rules, such as Cashier discount limit (%).
4. The Base plan includes one location. For more you need the Additional location add-on — see Add-ons / Plan & billing.

Salon profile and tax

1. Salon: salon name, logo, country, currency, time zone, app language, number format, phone and default tax. Press Save.
2. Tax classes: press Add tax class to create rates used on services and packages. Past sales keep the rate they were sold with.
3. A location that already has sales can't change its currency — open a new location for another currency.
