Connect your domain step by step
Your own domain is part of the Full plan (see Plan & billing). Buy the domain at any registrar — you pay them directly.
- Open Online → Website & online booking → Address and type your domain (e.g. aurasalon.com).
- We look up which company runs the domain's DNS (Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Exabytes, Shinjiru, IPSERVERONE, Porkbun, Squarespace, Hostinger …). Choose another one if it's wrong.
- Follow the picture steps: every step shows the screen of your domain company with the place to click marked in red. Copy the values with the Copy buttons: a CNAME record www → sites.senviapos.com, and forward the bare domain (aurasalon.com) to https://www.aurasalon.com.
- Press "Check now" — the page also re-checks every 30 seconds for 15 minutes. When it turns green your site is live with a free SSL certificate.
Don't have a domain yet?
- In Address press "See how to buy one". Pick a registrar (Exabytes / Shinjiru / IPSERVERONE for .com.my and .my; Namecheap, Porkbun or Cloudflare for .com).
- .com costs roughly RM 45–70 a year, .com.my roughly RM 70–120 (some sellers ask for SSM documents). Skip hosting, website builder and SSL extras — they are included.
- Confirm the e-mail the registrar sends you, then come back and connect the domain.
Problems and what they mean
- "Record not found yet": the CNAME is missing or not saved; new records usually work within minutes.
- "Points to the wrong place": another www record exists (e.g. a parking page) — edit it so the value is exactly sites.senviapos.com.
- "Proxied (orange cloud)": in Cloudflare switch the record to grey "DNS only".
- "Not working": we check every day. If the record is removed or the domain expires, you get a WhatsApp or e-mail and a to-do; your website keeps running on your free subdomain until it's fixed, then switches back automatically.
