Open the shop
The online shop is part of the Website system add-on (included in the Full plan) — add it under Plan & billing. Owner only. Your website must be published.
- Open Online → Online shop. Under Shop turn on Shop open and choose the Fulfilment branch (stock, prices and tax come from it).
- Under Delivery turn on Offer delivery and set fees or zones; under Pickup & payment choose Offer pickup at the salon, Cash on delivery or Pay at pickup.
- Card payments need your own Stripe account (Settings → Payments). Press Save.
Choose products to sell
- Products come from Services → Products (retail items, not salon-use items).
- In Products sold online tick 在官网销售 · Sell online for each product. Edit sets photos, description, online price, category and badge.
- New category creates shop categories.
Handle online orders
- New orders appear in Online orders (also for the front desk). Open an order to see the customer, items and payment.
- Delivery: press Mark as shipped and enter courier and tracking number — the customer is told. Print packing slip prints a packing slip.
- Unpaid pickup / cash on delivery orders: Take payment at the POS. Use Refund or Cancel order when needed.
