Services and products: prices, variants, categories

Add a service

1. Open Services & products → Services in the sidebar (owner or manager).
2. Make sure the Services switch is selected (the other one is Products), then press New item.
3. Under Basics enter the Name, choose a Category and a Tax class.
4. Under Pricing choose Price type: Fixed or Set at checkout (with optional Minimum price (optional)). Tick “From” price if the final price is set at checkout.
5. Under Booking & deposit set Duration (min), Cleanup after (min), Show in online booking and the deposit. Press Save.

Variants (options) and level surcharges

1. Open the service, go to Variants and press Add option — e.g. 30 / 60 / 90 min or Short / Long hair, each with its own price and duration.
2. Surcharge by level: enter an extra amount for staff of a given level (levels are set in Team).
3. Choose who can do the service (no one selected = any team member).
4. More options — locations, location prices, resource lets you limit locations, set a Location price (blank = same) and require a resource (chair or room).

Products (retail)

1. Switch to Products and press New item.
2. Set price, Current cost, Used for (sold to customers or salon use only), Barcode and Track stock (needed for Inventory).
3. Price changes apply to new bookings and sales; past orders keep their price. Untick Active to stop selling an item.
