Sign up and the setup wizard

Create your salon account

1. Open the sign-up page (Create a salon account on the sign-in screen).
2. Fill in Salon name, Your name, Work email, Password (at least 10 characters with letters and numbers) and Country. The country sets your currency, time zone and tax defaults.
3. Tick the terms box and press Create my salon. The Base plan starts as a free trial; no card is needed.
4. We send a confirmation link to your email. Press Start setup to begin setup right away — confirm the email before you go live (use Resend email if it doesn't arrive).

The setup wizard (7 steps)

1. Salon profile: salon name, logo (PNG/JPEG/WebP up to 256 KB), country, currency, time zone, app language, salon phone and tax (name, rate, prices include tax or tax added at checkout). Set 0% tax if you are not registered for tax.
2. Location & hours: location name, phone, address and opening hours. Use Copy Monday to all open days to save time.
3. Services: pick Quick start templates or press Add a service; adjust minutes and prices.
4. Team: press Add team member, enter name, role, optional email (an invitation is emailed) and an optional 4–6 digit Kiosk PIN.
5. Payments: choose I'll connect Stripe or Use cash & manual (cash, own card terminal, bank transfer).
6. Notifications (optional): e-mail reminders are sent for you by Senvia POS — no setup; press Send test e-mail to see one. Connect WhatsApp (optional, you pay Meta's fees) connects WhatsApp now, or press Maybe later.
7. Review: check the summary and press Go to dashboard.

Good to know

• Steps marked optional can be skipped with Skip for now; your progress is saved automatically.
• Everything can be changed later in Settings (salon profile, locations, payments, notifications).
• The app is in English by default; switch to 中文 in the language menu or in the salon profile.
• Invited team members open the email link, choose a password and press Accept invitation.
