Choose a template and colours
The website is an add-on: you can prepare everything now, but publishing needs it (see Add-ons / Plan & billing). Owner only.
- Open Online → Website & online booking → Appearance & pages → Theme.
- Under Choose a template press View demo to look, then Use this template. Your texts, pictures and pages stay.
- Set Colours, Sections, Website languages and fonts, logo and favicon.
Edit pages, menu and photos
- In Pages & blocks select a page, click a block in the preview to edit it, or press Add block / Add page. Undo reverts a change.
- Menu orders, renames or hides menu items.
- Texts holds policies, social links and team bios; Photos → Upload photo for photos (only photos marked public are shown).
English and 中文 texts
- Each text field has one box; the same text is shown in English and 中文 (synced).
- To write different Chinese text for a block, tick Different text for English and 中文 in the block editor: each field then shows an English and a 中文 box. With an AI key connected, AI translate fills in the Chinese for you — check it before publishing.
- The EN / 中文 switch on your public website only appears when some text differs or your salon uses Chinese.
Preview and publish
- Changes are saved as a draft automatically. Press Preview draft to see it in a new tab.
- Press Publish. If something is missing (e.g. address or opening hours), a list with Fix buttons shows what to complete.
- Take offline (in Publish) takes the site offline.
Versions and your own domain
- Save version keeps a copy. In History press Restore to bring an older version back into the draft, then publish.
- Address shows your Website address. For Your own domain press Add domain, create the DNS records shown at your domain provider, then press Verify.
