Fresha and Senvia POS both help beauty and wellness businesses take bookings, check clients out and run the team. They are built around different ideas, though. Fresha combines salon software with a large consumer booking marketplace and its own payment processing. Senvia POS is a cloud POS and business-management system where online payments run through the shop's own Stripe account and the booking site is the shop's own website.

This page compares the two using Senvia's own product facts and the information on Fresha's official pricing page as checked on 9 October 2026. We only list Fresha details we could confirm on their site, and each one links to the page it came from.

Pricing

Senvia POS (USD, billed monthly, at the time of writing): Base is USD 25.90/month and includes POS, appointments, customers, packages and memberships, inventory, reports, team and roles, the AI assistant and one branch. Full is USD 49.90/month and adds customer subscription billing, attendance and clock-in, website and online shop, custom domain, automatic payroll and the supplier system. Add-ons include the website system (USD 10.90/month), automatic payroll (USD 5.90/month), supplier system (USD 10.90/month), each additional branch (USD 30/month) and extra storage (USD 5.90 per 10 GB/month). Senvia charges a fixed service fee per successful recurring membership charge (for example USD 1.00 or MYR 1.00); Stripe's own fees are separate. See Senvia pricing for current prices.

Fresha (prices shown in USD on the page we checked; rates are exclusive of local sales taxes and may differ by country):

  • Independent: $19.95 per month for one team member source
  • Team: $14.95 per bookable team member per month source
  • Enterprise: custom rates for businesses with over 20 team members source
  • Marketplace new clients: a one-time 20% commission, minimum $6 per client; no fee for returning clients or for bookings via your own links, Facebook or Instagram source
  • Card processing: online 2.79% + $0.20, in-person 2.29% + $0.20 per transaction; terminals from $139 per device source
  • Messages: 100 free automated text/WhatsApp messages per month (per team member on Team), then $0.02 per text or $0.04–$0.11 per WhatsApp; automated emails are free source
  • Optional add-ons include Smart Website ($15.95/month), Client Loyalty ($59.95 per location/month), Insights ($9.95 per bookable team member/month) and AI Concierge ($99.95 per location/month) source

Because Fresha's Team plan is priced per bookable team member and Senvia is priced per plan and per branch, which works out cheaper depends on team size, how many new clients come from the marketplace and which add-ons you need.

Who each is best for

Fresha may suit you better if winning new clients through a large consumer marketplace matters most, if you want built-in card processing and branded terminals from one provider, or if you are a solo professional who wants a low single-seat price. Its scale and marketplace reach are real strengths that Senvia does not try to match.

Senvia POS may suit you better if you run a salon, spa or clinic that sells a lot of packages, stored credit and memberships, wants commission and payroll in the same system, prefers flat pricing that does not grow with each bookable staff member, wants online payments on its own Stripe account, or needs English and Chinese for staff and customers. You can try it free for 30 days or read the migration guide.
