Customer subscriptions (automatic monthly billing)

Add-on

Create a plan

Subscriptions are part of the Full plan (not available on Base) — find them under Customers & members → Subscriptions. Stripe must be connected (it bills the customer's card on your own Stripe account).

  1. Open Plans and press New plan.
  2. Enter the Plan name, Price per period and Billed every (week, month or year).
  3. Choose what Each paid period gives the customer: Service credits, A package, Membership tier or Stored value.
  4. Set the Rules: Unused credits, Minimum commitment (periods), Cancellation notice (days), Free trial (days), Sign-up fee (one-time) and Seller commission, then press Save.

Sell and manage subscriptions

  1. In Checkout press Subscription (or Sell a subscription on the page), choose the customer and the plan and press Create payment link. The customer scans the QR code and enters their card.
  2. Every paid period is recorded as a sale paid by Stripe and grants the period's credits — redeem them at the POS like package sessions.
  3. Open a subscriber to Cancel subscription, Keep subscription or Update card. When a renewal fails, Stripe retries and the customer gets a message to update their card.
  4. Report shows MRR, Active subscribers, Churn, Upcoming renewals and failed payments. Online sign-up on your website needs the Website & online booking add-on.

Change plan (upgrade / downgrade)

  1. Open a subscriber and press Change plan. Pick the new plan — the preview shows the price difference, the prorated amount, when it takes effect and what happens to credits.
  2. By default an upgrade takes effect now: Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the period and the new plan's credits are added (once that amount is paid). A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal and shows as "Changes to … on …" — press Keep current plan to cancel it. Credits already granted stay until they expire.
  3. The owner sets who may switch (cashier / manager / owner, customers online in the member area), timing, proration, credits on upgrade, the minimum commitment and which plans can switch to which under Settings.
  4. The customer gets a confirmation message. Every change is listed under Plan changes; Report shows upgrades, downgrades and the MRR movement.
